The first floor lanai has a high quality built-in BBQ and cabinets with a built-in sink. Overlooking the golf course, surrounded by fragrant Hawaiian flowers and towering palms - it is the perfect place to enjoy your morning drink or be dazzled by the Hawaiian sunset over dinner.The second floor lanai is attached to the master bedroom - it offers the same breathtaking views as the first floor lanai but additional privacy with comfortable seating for two.

The Living Room:
The living room has a supremely comfortable leather sofa and 4 additional comfortable chairs. There is a flat screen HTDV with cable for your enjoyment. The beautiful photographs throughout the villa were all taken on the Big Island.
The Powder Room:
The powder room is located on the first floor for your convenience.
The Laundry Room:
The laundry room has a front loading washer and dryer and is located on the first floor. It is closed off by a door for noise reduction. It also serves well as additional storage space near the front entrance.
Master Bedroom:
The master bedroom is located on the second floor. It has a queen bed with a large flat screen HDTV. Attached to the master bedroom is a lounge/sleep area with a bench seat sofa. The sofa is a very comfortable place to sleep for a child or an adult. It has a single long flat seat cushion. The bedroom also has a desk - making it a comfortable place to work - if you must.The master bedroom has a spacious walk-in closet and a sliding door closet. Plenty of storage. Attached to the master bedroom is a full bathroom with a large shower area, a separate bathtub, a toilet room with a door and a double sink. There is a second floor lanai off the master bedroom that has outstanding views towards Maui and overlooks the golf course.
Second Bedroom:
The second bedroom is located on the second floor. It has a queen bed and a fold-out twin sleeper that doubles as an extra seat while not in use. The sleeper has a thick memory foam mattress and is a very comfortable place to sleep for a child or an adult. The sleeper is light and can be easily carried and set up in the living room downstairs if you choose. The bedroom is equipped with a desk, a flat screen TV, two closets and a full bath.
The two bedrooms are separated by a long hallway which offers additional privacy for the guests.

Included in the rental of the unit, are the following resort amenities:

2. Large hot tub under a lava waterfall.
3. Large common BBQ pavilion next to the pool (and in addition to your own private BBQ on the lanai).

2. Access to a private beach with a provided beach card. This is a gorgeous crescent shaped white sand beach for owners and guests only. The beach has an excellent restaurant, excellent snorkelling and surfing, historical Hawaiian trails and ponds. The area is breathtakingly beautiful. It is a 5 minute drive from the Fairways community.
4. A beautiful white sand beach with beach volleyball nets, turtle sanctuary and trails - 12 minute walk from the Fairways community. Access is through the Fairmont Orchid Hotel. The area is a also strikingly beautiful.
5. The Dancing Dolphins Villa backs onto the Francis H. Brown North Golf Course: 1-808-885-6655. Guests of the villa receive substantial discounts (20-30% off) at this golf course and the Francis H. Brown South Golf Course which is also located in the area. Both golf courses are spectacular and claim to be the most photographed golf courses in the world.
